Cattitude TVNR (Trap, Vaccinate, Neuter & Return) is committed to providing caring and humane trapping for stray and abandoned cats in the Tri-Cities area.  Our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and volunteers work closely with the help of local veterinary partners to provide rabies & distemper vaccine, along with spaying or neutering.  Each kitty that is altered is ear tipped for easier identification.  TVNR is a compassionate approach to ensuring a better life for a population that can’t advocate for themselves.  By bringing awareness along with education to the public and local agencies we’re dedicated to improving their outcome.
